Accommodation Information

Accommodation. For the conference hotels, please respect the cut-off date 13 February in order to qualify for the negotiated rates. Reservations made after this date will be subject to rooms availability. Should none of these hotels meet your requirements, a number of other hotels are located in the area.

Please note that reservations at the AOC or Hotel Galles need to be made through the host in order to qualify for the special rate. For the Artdeco, Alpi and Boscolo hotels, the host has negotiated a special room rate; however, arrangements for these hotels need to be made by the individual attendee.

  1. AOC (Circolo Ufficiali), Viale Castro Pretorio, n. 95, ROME (500 mt. from Stazione Termini, 20 mt. from Metro B, Castro Pretorio stop). Price: 35 € single room. Only 25 single rooms are available. Breakfast not included but available (Italian "cappuccino e cornetto” 1 €) (exit Metro B "Castro Pretorio”). Rooms at the AOC are to be booked by the host, so please indicate your interest on the electronic joining format. Available at internet point (one computer only) free internet connection/use of computer. No wi-fi in the AOC.
  2. Hotel Artdeco (Best Western) (4*), Via Palestro n. 19 (250 mt. from AOC PIO IX, 300 mt. from Stazione Termini), special room rate: single 119 €, double single use 159 €, double 169 €, superior 189 €, breakfast, internet connection in the room (TV screen) and VAT tax included (25 rooms booked by Host). Possible lunch and dinner at Hotel (very good restaurant/bar, 10% discount on food and drinks). Booking needs to be done by the individual attendee. Hotel Alpi (4*), Via Castelfidardo n. 84/A (350 mt. from AOC PIO IX, 200 mt. from Stazione Termini), special room rate (breakfast, internet connection in the lobby wi-fi e internet point with computer, and VAT tax included):   26 March: Double Room Single Use 117 €, Double Room Standard 133 € (ask for room with modern bathroom); Double Room Superior 153 € (with small terrace, ask for room with modern bathroom); Triple Room 171,0. 27 - 31 March: Double Room Single Use 99 €; Double Room Standard Euro 117 €; Double Room Superior Euro 135 €, Triple Room Euro 153 €.1 - 3 April: Double Room Single Use 135 €, Double Room Standard 149,5 €, Double Room Superior 167,5 €, Triple Room 198 €. Boscolo Exedra Roma (5*), Piazza della Repubblica n. 47 (700 mt. from PIO IX, 200 mt. from Stazione Termini), special room rate (breakfast, internet connection in the lobby wi-fi e internet point with computer, and VAT tax included): Room Superior (single or double use) 258 € (Exit Metro A "Repubblica”).. (200 mt. from Train Station "Termini”). Booking for the Boscolo needs to be done by the individual attendee.
