Notifications of Intent (NOI)

Notification of Intent (NOI) are issued to the respective NATO delegations, seeking potential bidders not identified by the Contracting Officer. The purpose of the NOI is to give national delegations the opportunity to submit additional names of eligible, interested and capable companies.
